Monsoon Malabar AA is one of India’s most distinctive coffees, transformed by the
seasonal monsoon winds that sweep across the Malabar Coast. Carefully exposed to
moisture-laden air in open warehouses, the beans swell in size, soften in acidity, and
develop their signature pale hue and bold character. Graded AA, this selection represents large, high-quality beans that roast evenly and deliver a deeply comforting cup. Medium roasted to preserve its unique character, expect a heavy-bodied brew with notes of dark chocolate, roasted spice, mild earthiness, and a subtle smoky sweetness. Low, mellow acidity lets the richness and texture take center stage. An exceptional choice for espresso, traditional filter coffee, and as a base for full-bodied blends.
