That dual understanding of origin and destination markets shapes how we work today.
Depth matters more than breadth. We focus on India, Vietnam, Laos, and Indonesia because decades of work in these origins have built deep relationships with estates, processors, and supply partners. Spreading thin across every origin would mean surface-level relationships instead of the operational understanding needed for reliable execution.
