Grown under the shade of Coorg’s native forest canopy, this Specialty Grade Sundried
Arabica is crafted using the traditional natural (cherry-dried) process. Ripe coffee
cherries are selectively handpicked and slow-dried on raised beds, allowing the fruit
sugars to infuse deeply into the bean. Medium roasted to preserve its intrinsic sweetness, expect notes of ripe berries, dark chocolate, and caramelized sugar, supported by a rounded body and gentle wine-like brightness. The finish is long, sweet, and expressive — a cup that is vibrant, layered, and fruit-forward while retaining structure and balance. Ideal for pour-over, espresso, and manual brewing methods where clarity and sweetness shine.
